Hiring the Best People Based on a Cultural Fit and Not Technical Skills

I’m lucky. This year I’ll be 45 and I still get calls and messages from interesting people who want to work with me. Unfortunately, not all people who are my age get the same opportunities.

Beer Tasting at Mobile Jazz

During June, our web team lead Fran organized a beer tasting event at the MJ offices for the team. The experience started with a brief introduction for each of the seven beers we tried. We learned about the key ingredients for brewing and were taught how to identify the different taste and smells of the seeds used. It was a great learning experience for all, and a new way to enjoy our favourite beverage.
